You must be at least 21 years of age and a resident of Indonesia to open an account and place bets or play casino games on ox368.
Each individual may hold only one ox368 account. Duplicate accounts are subject to closure and forfeiture of associated funds without prior notice.
All deposits, withdrawals, and account balances on ox368 are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). No currency conversion is applied to member accounts.
All promotional bonuses are subject to turnover requirements before withdrawal. Wagering conditions are stated clearly in each individual promotion's terms.
You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. ox368 will not be liable for losses arising from unauthorized access caused by your own negligence.

Important Notice: These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Member", "User", "You") and ox368 ("the Company", "We", "Us", "Our"). By creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager on the ox368 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this Agreement in full. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you must not use the ox368 platform.
The following definitions apply throughout this Agreement unless context requires otherwise:
2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 21 years of age to register an Account or place any Wager on the ox368 Platform. This is a strict eligibility requirement. ox368 does not knowingly accept registrations from individuals under the age of 21, and any Account found to belong to an underage person will be immediately closed and all funds forfeited in accordance with applicable regulations.
2.2 Residency. The ox368 Platform is operated for and principally marketed to residents of Indonesia. You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is not expressly prohibited by local law at the time of each betting transaction. It is your sole responsibility to determine the legality of online gambling in your jurisdiction before accessing the Platform.
2.3 Legal Capacity. You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. By registering, you confirm that you are not under any legal disability or restriction that would prevent you from entering into a contract.
2.4 One Account Per Person. Each individual natural person may register and maintain no more than one (1) Account on the Platform. Multiple Accounts registered to the same individual — identified by matching personal details, device identifiers, payment methods, or IP addresses — will be considered duplicate Accounts and are subject to immediate closure without notice. ox368 reserves the right to void all Wagers placed from duplicate Accounts and to retain any associated funds.
21+ Adults Only: ox368 strictly prohibits access by persons under the age of 21. If you are under 21 years of age, you must not register an Account, deposit funds, or place any Wager on this Platform. ox368 cooperates with parental control software providers to assist guardians in restricting access for minors.
3.1 Accurate Information. When registering an Account, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, and a valid email address. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.
3.2 Account Credentials. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. ox368 will treat any activity conducted through your Account as having been authorized by you, and the Company bears no liability for losses arising from unauthorized use of your Account where such access results from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
3.3 Identity Verification (KYC). ox368 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage of the Account lifecycle, including — but not limited to — before processing the first withdrawal, after a cumulative withdrawal threshold has been reached, or where suspicious activity is detected. Accepted identity documents include a valid Indonesian national identity card (KTP), passport, or driver's license. ox368 may also request proof of address and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in withdrawal processing delays or Account suspension.
3.4 Account Closure by Member. Members may request closure of their Account at any time by contacting the ox368 customer support team. Upon closure, any outstanding real-money Balance (excluding unmet bonus wagering requirements) will be returned to the Member via their registered payment method, subject to successful KYC completion.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. ox368 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Indonesian payment channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. ox368 reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time without prior notice.
4.2 Currency. All transactions are processed exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). ox368 does not accept or process transactions in foreign currencies. No currency conversion fees are applied to Member Accounts.
4.3 Minimum and Maximum Limits. Deposit and withdrawal limits apply to all Accounts and may vary by payment method and Member tier. Current limits are displayed within the cashier section of the Platform and may be updated from time to time. ox368 may impose individual Account-level limits at its discretion for risk management purposes.
4.4 Withdrawal Processing. ox368 targets a withdrawal processing time of under three (3) minutes for standard bank transfer requests. Actual processing times may be affected by banking system availability, public holidays (including Idul Fitri, Nyepi, and Indonesian Independence Day), and KYC requirements. ox368 does not guarantee processing times and bears no liability for delays attributable to third-party payment processors or banking infrastructure.
4.5 Withdrawal Ownership. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account registered in the same name as the ox368 Account. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. ox368 reserves the right to request supporting documentation confirming payment account ownership before processing any withdrawal.
4.6 Source of Funds. Members warrant that all funds deposited into their ox368 Account are derived from legitimate sources and are free from any connection to criminal activity, money laundering, or terrorism financing. ox368 cooperates fully with relevant international anti-money-laundering (AML) regulations and may report suspicious transactions to competent authorities.
Note on E-Wallet Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests to e-wallet accounts (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja) are subject to the same ownership-verification requirements as bank transfers. The registered mobile number on the e-wallet must correspond to the Member's verified Account details.
5.1 General Bonus Terms. From time to time, ox368 may offer promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, deposit-match bonuses, free bets, cashback rewards, referral bonuses, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Ramadhan, Idul Fitri, and major sporting tournaments. All promotions are subject to the specific terms stated in each individual promotion, which form part of this Agreement.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus Funds credited to a Member's Account are subject to wagering (turnover) requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable real-money funds. The specific turnover multiplier and eligible game contribution rates are stated in each promotion's terms. Unless otherwise specified, mix parlay (accumulator) bets, togel (lottery) stakes, and live casino bets may have different contribution rates toward fulfilling wagering requirements.
5.3 One Promotion Per Account. Unless the promotion terms expressly state otherwise, each Member is entitled to claim each promotion once. ox368 may, at its discretion, restrict promotion eligibility to specific Member segments, geographic locations, or device types.
5.4 Bonus Abuse. ox368 actively monitors for and takes action against bonus abuse, which includes — but is not limited to — registering multiple Accounts to claim a promotion more than once, using low-risk betting patterns (e.g., hedging bets across markets with the intent to clear wagering requirements risk-free), or colluding with other players to exploit promotional structures. Any Account found to be engaged in bonus abuse will have all associated Bonus Funds voided and may be permanently closed.
5.5 Modification or Withdrawal of Promotions. ox368 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time with or without prior notice. Changes to ongoing promotions will be communicated on the Platform where reasonably practicable.
6.1 Acceptance of Bets. All bets placed on the ox368 Platform are subject to acceptance by the Company. ox368 reserves the right to refuse, void, or limit any Wager at its sole discretion, including in circumstances where there is evidence of irregular betting patterns, suspicion of match-fixing, or where a technical error has caused incorrect odds to be displayed.
6.2 Odds and Results. Odds displayed on the ox368 Platform are indicative at the time of display and may change before a bet is confirmed. The odds applicable to a Wager are those confirmed at the time the bet is accepted. Sporting event results are determined by reference to official governing body results. In the event of a dispute, ox368's records shall be the primary reference point.
6.3 Suspended and Void Markets. ox368 may suspend betting on any market at any time — including during live events — due to extraordinary circumstances, technical issues, or regulatory requirements. Bets placed on suspended or subsequently voided markets will have stakes returned to the Member's Account Balance.
6.4 Game Integrity. All casino games and lottery products on the Platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. RTP (Return to Player) percentages for slot games are verified by independent auditors. ox368 does not manipulate outcomes and is committed to provably fair gaming across all product verticals, including slot gacor (high-RTP slot) titles and togel (numbers lottery) draws.
6.5 Maximum Payout Limits. Individual bet winnings and cumulative daily withdrawal amounts may be subject to maximum payout limits, which are displayed within the relevant product's rules section on the Platform. ox368 reserves the right to apply maximum payout caps to any market or game type.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ox368 Platform. Engaging in any of the following constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to relevant authorities:
9.1 Ownership. All content on the ox368 Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software code, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of ox368 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
9.2 Limited License. ox368 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial recreational gambling purposes, strictly in accordance with this Agreement. This license does not confer any ownership rights over Platform content.
9.3 Restrictions. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the ox368 Platform without the prior express written consent of the Company. Unauthorized use of ox368's intellectual property may result in civil and criminal liability under applicable law.
10.1 Platform Availability. While ox368 endeavors to maintain continuous Platform availability, we do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical faults. Scheduled maintenance windows, unplanned outages, and third-party infrastructure issues may result in temporary unavailability. ox368 shall not be liable for any losses — including lost betting opportunities — arising from Platform downtime.
10.2 Gambling Losses. You acknowledge that gambling involves risk and that losses are an inherent part of participation. ox368 is not liable for any gambling losses incurred by Members during normal, fair use of the Platform. You accept full personal responsibility for all betting decisions made through your Account.
10.3 Consequential Damages. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ox368 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform — including loss of profits, loss of data, or reputational harm — even if the Company has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
10.4 Force Majeure. ox368 shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under this Agreement where such failure or delay results from a Force Majeure event, as defined in Section 1.
10.5 Maximum Liability Cap. To the extent permitted by law, ox368's total aggregate liability to any Member for any cause of action arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member into their Account in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11.1 The collection, storage, processing, and use of your personal data by ox368 is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this Agreement. By registering an Account, you consent to the data practices described therein.
11.2 ox368 uses industry-standard 256-bit SSL encryption to protect all data transmitted between your device and our servers. Player funds are held in segregated accounts, separate from the Company's operational capital, to ensure that Member balances are protected at all times.
11.3 ox368 will not sell, rent, or share your personal data with unaffiliated third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent. We may share data with third-party payment processors, KYC verification providers, and regulatory bodies where required by law or necessary to perform our contractual obligations.
12.1 ox368 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they significantly affect Member rights or obligations — ox368 will provide reasonable advance notice by displaying a notice on the Platform's homepage and, where possible, by sending an email notification to registered Members.
12.2 Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to the revised terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 3.4.
12.3 The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page. We recommend that you review these Terms & Conditions periodically to stay informed of any changes.
13.1 Governing Law. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ox368 holds its international gaming license. The application of the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods is expressly excluded.
13.2 Informal Resolution. In the event of a dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting ox368's customer support team. ox368 will endeavor to respond to and investigate all formal complaints within five (5) business days of receipt.
13.3 Dispute Escalation. If informal resolution is unsuccessful within thirty (30) calendar days of the initial complaint submission, either party may refer the dispute to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of a mutually agreed international arbitration body. The language of arbitration proceedings shall be English.
13.4 Local Compliance. You acknowledge that online gambling may be subject to legal restrictions in Indonesia. It is your personal responsibility to ensure that your use of the Platform complies with all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations in your jurisdiction. ox368 makes no representation that access to or use of the Platform is legal in all jurisdictions.
